Shin Jae Kim is Head of TozziniFreire's Compliance & Investigations practice and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. A recognized pioneer in Brazil's compliance field, Shin advises boards of directors, audit committees and senior executives on governance under stress, high-stakes internal investigations, corporate integrity, crisis management and strategic government-related matters across a broad range of industries, including highly regulated sectors.
With decades of experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, Shin represents both domestic and international investors in sophisticated and business-oriented perspective. Shin is also responsible for leading TozziniFreire’s Asia Practice Group, fostering cross-border relationships and advising clients on transactions and compliance matters involving Asian markets.
In addition to legal practice, Shin plays an active role in global compliance and integrity forums, contributing to the development of best practices and international standards.
