Kathrin Mutinelli

SeventyTwo Global (Bahamas)

Kathrin Mutinelli is CEO of SeventyTwo Global, a corporate finance and advisory firm within Winterbotham Group, where she leads its family legacy practice. She works confidentially with founders, principals and rising generations on the transition of wealth, ownership, leadership and responsibility across generations. Her work is grounded in a central belief that succession is not simply the transfer of ownership. It is the transfer of responsibility. Her research at the University of Adelaide examines why families commission the structures meant to carry their legacy before establishing what that legacy is, and what is lost when financial capital survives a transition but the founder’s knowledge, relationships and identity do not. Kathrin is an independent non-executive director of GOOL (BISX) and speaks internationally to family enterprises, family offices, private banks and professional advisers.
