Ceci Hassan
Ceci Hassan is founding member of Hassan International Law PLLC, Miami, Florida and the Chair of STEP Miami. After spending 9 years at a large firm, Ceci Hassan in the fall of 2020 founded Hassan International Law PLLC.
She specializes in international taxation and planning, focusing on clients in Latin America and Europe. In addition to private individuals, she also represent families, family offices, and trusts companies, and businesses internationally, advising them on their global trust and company structuring, taxation, and international reporting. Such as, US real estate investments for families and real estate investment funds, planning for US investments, US pre-immigration planning for those wishing to spend more time in the US and US exit planning for those wishing to relinquish their US passports or greencards, general cross border US and international tax planning, including the use of US federal tax treaties, foreign tax credit planning, and related taxation issues, and in addition international reporting, among other related items.
