Andrea Nogueira Neves is the Founding Partner of Nogueira Pires Advogados, based in São Paulo, Brazil. She earned her LL.B. from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) in 1997 and holds a postgraduate specialization in Tax Law from PUC-Cogeae. She is a professor in postgraduate specialization programs at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP) and has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2013. She is also the author of several articles on Brazilian tax law.
