Camilo Maruy

Camilo is a partner at Rebaza, Alcazar & De Las Casas, head of the Tax and Private Clients areas. He has extensive experience advising national and foreign clients on the design of sophisticated and personalized structures for the efficient management of family assets, with asset protection and/or succession planning schemes that allow their preservation for future generations, including the implementation and operation of local and foreign trusts, offshore vehicles, family offices, among others. 
 
Camilo also specializes in investment taxation matters, including M&A, financing, capital markets and cross-border tax planning operations and in the adaption of systems for the compliance of reporting obligations to the Tax Administration. He is an expert in the evaluation and structuring of investment products and other efficient investment vehicles, including investments funds, financial instruments and/or trusts, aimed at high-net worth individuals.
 
Camilo is recognized by various international legal directories, such as Chambers and Partners (Band 1 in Private Clients and Band 2 in Tax), Latin Lawyer, Leaders League, among others.
 
Camilo has several publications in Peruvian law magazines and continuously participates as a speaker in various national and international conferences in cities such as Bogotá, Miami, Santiago, Mexico City, among others.
