Gwenaëlle Le Coustumer

Ms Gwenaëlle Le Coustumer heads the Peer Review Unit of the Global Forum, which is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the international standard of transparency and exchange of information on request for tax purposes (EOIR). This includes managing the review process on all Global Forum members and relevant non-members, monitoring progress in implementation and ensuring good cooperation among competent authorities.

Ms Le Coustumer has been working with the Global Forum since the first Peer Review Group meeting in 2010. She had previously worked with the OECD Anti-Corruption Division for ten years. Ms Le Coustumer was seconded nine months to the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Secretariat during 2014-2015.

Ms Le Coustumer holds a Master’s Degree in International Public Law from the University of Paris – La Sorbonne.
