David Cordova Flores
David has a degree in Accounting from Mexico’s National University (UNAM) and has a Master's Degree in International Tax Law (Adv. LL.M. in International Tax Law) from the University of Leiden (the Netherlands).
David began his professional career at PwC Mexico, where he was assigned to PwC New York during one year. David has been working as a tax advisor in Luxembourg for 17 years. David is currently a Partner at Charles Russell Speechlys. David specializes in the design and implementation of holding and financing structures, structuring alternative investment funds and frequently advises high net worth individuals, mainly from Latin American and Spain. David has been ranked in 2021, 2022 and 2023 by Chambers & Partners for his work with Private Clients.
In addition to his professional practice, David teaches Postgraduate courses at the University of Maastricht (in the Netherlands) and at the Mexican CPA Association – Guadalajara branch.
