With experience in public and private trusts, real estate development and structuring of credit Berenice has participated in the formation of the first trusts of the development banks to manage defined contributions. Before starting her own firm, she spent time with Garcia Madrazo y Asociados, SC and the Financial Commission in CONCAMIN (Confederación de Cámaras Industriales de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos). She is involved in working with family businesses, family protocol, and structuring in Mexico and Foreign Jurisdictions. Berenice has held many positions with STEP including: former Chairman of the Mexican, former Deputy Chairman of STEP Caribbean and LatAm Region, and permanent member of the Board of the STEP LatAm Conference.
